Prayers said, and fingers crossed that this one "small-ish" hole doesn't grow anymore. So far we are still water tight, but that could change with one night of blustery wind and rain. That makes for a good night sleep on those rainy nights.... Eek.

Oh-So-Healthy Dinner
I think it's pretty sad that my one year old knows how to hold and eat a hamburger. Not just any hamburger either. One from good ol' Mickey D's...
My "I will never feed my kids that" promises have long since disappeared. I don't make those kind of statements anymore. I have learned my lesson. Sometimes a moms got to do, what a moms got to do. Including feeding her kids terrible food, while in the car, parked outside of the toy store, that was used as a bribe to get through the grocery store.....
And I LOVE his reaction when he gets to the pickle. You know, the one pickle that they put on the burger....Surprise!
Just mail my "parent of the year" award straight to me.

We Have a Walker!!!
Loving watching the littlest man toddle around. Diaper sagging, feet spread for balance, arms up... and the most precious proud smile on his face!!!

New Year - 2012
Happy New Year!
Its back to normal around here.
As "normal" as normal can be.
We had an amazing break. It was filled with lots of time with family, lots of time at home, lots of kids running around my house half clothed. The usual.
There were some coughs and sniffles, a trip to to the doc for Cannon for a pretty bad ear infection, a day of fever for Maeve, and one of the worst diaper rashes that we have EVER dealt with that poor Nolan had. As a result, I am out of Motrin and desitin, my fridge is stocked with antibiotics and probiotics, and my carpet has a few more stains from the "air-dry" episodes.
I'm not a big New Years Resolution kind of gal. I never have been, but I do like to make lists, and I added one thing to my "to-do" list for 2012.
Nothing major, just..
~ attempt to cook a turkey
I like to keep it simple. Accomplish-able. I hate to fail..so hopefully I don't on this one.
