The kids came running into the house the other day yelling "come in the garage quick!!! Nolan is trapped IN the Lego table!!!"

100's Day

....was going fine and dandy until big brother ate one of her fruit loops off the necklace. 

Now it's "the worst day ever".

California History Trip

{5 days before Christmas}

Rich: hey babe. Don't worry about getting me a Christmas gift this year. I got something for both of us! 

Me: uhhhhhhhhm. You are kidding right? Do you know me? Hi. I'm Angie. I'm your wife. The one who starts shopping for Christmas months ahead of time. We've met right?? I've been done Christmas shopping for weeks. Your gifts are already wrapped. Did you really think I wouldn't have anything for you??? 

{fast forward to Christmas morning} 

Rich took a few days off work, and booked a hotel for us for a vacation. Such an amazing gift! 

We were originally supposed to go to San fransisco, but after a little mixup with the hotel, we ended up in Sacramento. It was great! We conquered some major California history, and did a lot of sightseeing too! And it was so affordable! 

This goes down in the books as one of the funnest vacations we've had! 

My Love...

...has been putting some extra thought into valentines day this year. 

Every morning a new suprise for me!!!

For valentines day we decided to spend it with the kids. Have a family date night. I made pizza, and we watched Star Wars late into the night all snacking on popcorn with the fireplace glowing with candles. 

It. Was. Perfect. 

A day {or week - lucky me} to show the ones we love how much they mean to us.... What a great idea!
