The Fair 2014

We didn't all smush into a booth this year, but we did still have fun.
Morgan and Deeter got to join us, and that made the night special.
There were rides, and the flower show, and more rides, and even sleeping babies.
The kids didn't win any awards on their entries this year, but they did get us all into the fair for free....so there's that!

Tahoe Vacation

For a few weeks we tossed around the idea of going and seeing the Grand Canyon, and a few national parks in Utah and Arizona.
Road Trip!!!

Then reality set in.
All of us strapped in the van...for hours.  Kids crying, kids complaining, kids driving all of us crazy.
For 18 hours straight.

No thanks.

We opted for Tahoe instead!
It was awesome and we are trying to make it a yearly thing. 
We love it there, always have, and the kids love it too!

We spent days and days and days at the beach.

 
 
 
 
 
We hiked on rainy days.
 

 
 
 We hung out in the hotel room, and slathered our kids with sunscreen.


 
We walked down to stateline and the kids had a foot in two states.

 
 
 
 
 

We shared our king size bed with a little wanderer.

 
 We spent more days at the beach.

 
I ate ice cream in bed while watching tv....

We suprised the kids with a cousin day and played at the beach some more.
