4th Birthday (Part 2)

Cannon's Army party was on Friday, and due to budget cuts in the school system, Brynn and her cousins were able to come without missing a day of school. (There is a bright side to everything right????)

Cannon was super excited to have this party, and it was fun to put together. He is OBSESSED with airplanes, cars, tractors and trailers right now, and so that made gift giving easy for most!

The party included 15 little ones running around the backyard, army supplies (which I scored for free from the army recruiting office), an obstacle course (straw bales to climb, cones to weave in and out of, hula hoops to jump through, a tent to crawl through, and a plank over the little pool to balance on), face painting, binoculars made from duct tape and toilet paper rolls, a super yummy cake made by Elissa, and lots of these guys of course!

The kids arrived, and were given their dog tags, and water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the "training". They ran the obstacle course, got their face painted, and searched the yard for hidden army guys.

The kids had fun, and the weather was perfect!

Cannon loved all the attention, and LOVED all the gifts!

Hope your day was special sweet boy!!!
